Terms & Conditions

By registering for MUNTK 2.0, participants confirm that they will abide by the following terms and conditions applicable.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 14 to 20 years old.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Registration

Participants must complete the registration form and pay a registration fee of Rs. 1,500.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
In case of false or misleading information by a participant, the organiser may cancel their registration.
Registration will only be considered complete once the payment and submitted information are verified.
Registration fee of Rs. 1,500 may be paid to the account shown above.
Uploading a payment screenshot or receipt with this form is optional. Payment must still be verified before registration is approved.

3. Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful, disciplined, and appropriate conduct throughout the event.
Participants must follow the instructions of the organisers, executive body, and Chairs at all times.
Any misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of event rules may result in warning, penalty, or disqualification.

4. Committee Sessions

Delegates are expected to participate actively and responsibly in committee sessions.
Participants must respect the rules and decorum of Model United Nations procedure.
Any disruption of the committee environment may lead to disciplinary action by the organisers or Chairs.

5. Organiser's Rights

The organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event under unforeseen circumstances.
The organiser also reserves the right to make final decisions regarding registrations, participation, and disciplinary matters.

6. Acceptance

By accepting the aforementioned Terms & Conditions, participants confirm their agreement with the organiser's rules and policies.
