The Hasani Table Tennis Championship Event was organized by Toloba Ul Kulliyatil Mumenoon Hasani Mohallah Clifton on 30th April 2023, at Islamia Sports Club, Karachi. The event was open to all communities and age groups, and 64 participants from various communities participated in the event.
Pre-Event Planning:
The pre-event planning involved social media marketing, banners in 14 community centers, and broadcasting. The event was marketed in almost all community centers, and the registration process was through online form filling. The event preparation involved putting up banners in the venue, setting tables, registration desk, and visiting the venue day and night to ensure that everything was in order.
Event Day:
On the day of the event, the participants arrived early, and the registration process was smooth. The event started at 10:00 AM with the first round of matches. The six professional high-quality tables, wooden court, and audience seating in the venue were highly appreciated by the participants and spectators.
The matches were held in a knockout format, and the quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals were played. The matches were highly competitive, and the players displayed exceptional skills and talent.
The event was attended by a large number of spectators, including family members, friends, and supporters of the players. The atmosphere was electric, and the cheers and applause from the audience added to the excitement of the matches.
The Winners:
After a highly competitive and intense tournament, the winners were announced. Mr. Farhan Hashim, a 48 years old participant, who won the Hasani Table Tennis Championship Event. He displayed exceptional skills and talent throughout the tournament and deservedly won the championship.
The runner-up was Mr. Nauman Zara, a 45 years old participant who also played exceptionally well throughout the tournament.
Prize Distribution:
The prize distribution ceremony was held after the final match, and the winners were presented with their prizes. The winner received a cash prize of PKR 10,000, and the runner-up received a cash prize of PKR 5,300.
